   Anger is a normal healthy emotion everyone experiences. Sometimes, it helps you work through issues or problems, whether at home, work, or just anywhere. But what you need to know is that anger can be unpleasant if you let it take over. It can lead to agression, outburst, or even physical assault. That is why in order to avoid saying or doing anything regrettable, you must learn to control your anger.

Relax Your Body: When you feel angry, it means you are tensed up and agitated and the only way to suppress this feeling is to calm yourself down. This helps you to think more clearly and therefore the situation is likely controllable. 

Deep Breaths: You become stressed and adrenaline increase as you grow angry. To reduce this feeling, you should focus on your breathing. This 10 seconds stress buster can help. Close your eyes, slowly take in deep breaths from your nose, exhale out of your mouth and count to ten. You can do this continuously until you feel calmer.
